Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy for our employees to use. App is easy to install easy to use . We have a small company of about 25 people and it is easy to track all the comings and goings. Humanity is a smart employee scheduling software. It operates in various industries like Healthcare, Call center, Retail, Hospitality, Universities, Fitness etc. Clean UI. It generates reports and Payroll feature allows you to create days/time data without any errors. Easy to use. Provides free trial for 30 days. Very supportive and proactive customer service. Cons The reporting on here could be a little more in depth. When printing out a time sheet you can either print it with the break or without but it doesn't tell you that a break was taken. Using Humanity we can schedule our staff by location, department, time, skills and position. Working perfectly so no drawback till now.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is user-friendly and the features are very helpful for managing my team. The software has helped me to save time and improve communication with my staff. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a breeze to schedule shifts and make changes on the fly. The notifications are a lifesaver, as they ensure that everyone is aware of their schedule and any changes that may occur. Plus, the ability to access the schedule from anywhere is a huge plus. Overall, Workstaff has significantly streamlined our scheduling process and made it a lot less stressful. . Easy to use , scheduling staff is done i a few minutes compared to before. Staff have access to their schedules on their phones. You can view who is clocked in and out from a distance. Mobile chat is great, no more emails. Cons I don't think it's possible to have a different QR code to clock in and out for different locations in the same event. We use the same code for now but would be great to have a different one. Would be great if you could flag the staff who don't show to events. We can put it it the notes but you need to look it up every time . Wish you could do everything on the mobile app that you can do on the desktop version.
