Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Honestly, Hopted has been a total lifesaver for my Amazon business. Before this, I was wasting hours every week downloading CVSs and trying to manually merge sales and FBA fees in a spreadsheet. Now, I just open my Google sheet and the data is already there, updated in real-time. It just makes profit tracking and forecasting so much less painful. Hopted makes managing my Amazon account a breeze. I love that I can get all of my store data into a google sheet easily and cost effectively. The data is real time from Amazon and the refreshes never fail. Their support is also amazing and is able to email me back to answer any question I have within 24 hours. I've been very impressed with them. Cons The only small thing is that when you start pulling massive amounts of historical data, the initial connection can take a little while. But once it's up and running and on its scheduled sync, it’s flawless. All of the limitations that I have seen with Hopted are due to Google Sheets (lagging) because I reference the data into so many other sheets since the data is so valuable.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros * It worked perfectly! * The support for when I got stuck was EXCELLENT! * It offers lots of options (adding or removing fields from your sync)! * I was able to use 'X-Api-Secret', 'X-Api-Partner-Id', and even a "tenant.id" easily! Cons * Nothing that I could find! Seriously! Every time I got stuck (and by 'stuck' really I mean 'not slowing down and taking the time to figure simple things out!'), they were at the other end of that email... almost instantly, to walk me through what I had missed. And most of all, they were patient and kind in their responses... which there were A LOT of! lol (thx Alex!)
