	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Bi polar scale, a comprehensive scale to rate the behaviour of employee based on feedback from managers, colleagues etc. Digital badges to promote peers. Suggest corrective measure to improve behaviour based on score earned. Sync with calendar, push notifications available for iOS, Android and Pcs Dedicated customer service. Cons So far there is nothing that is dislike about the software.
