It has drastically cut down on my time spent submitting claims for processing and also time spent posting insurance payments. Everything in one place. great dashboard and reports. customer support has been great and really responsive. Cons Software has a tendency to logout right when you're in the middle of using it I wish menu on the LH side wouldn't open so easily; I am constantly searching clients names and that opens blocking my view of what I typed/can select Don't love having to pay for a student account as they can't practice on their own. From our client rep to the development manager, this team is very supportive, friendly, transparent, innovative, and open to client feedback. The scheduling, documentation and billing have an effective workflow, support compliance requirements, and look to improve on all they do. Embedded clinical practice patterns. Clinical decision making support. Compliance flags and reminders throughout the system. Ease of onboarding training and implementation. LMS training system as well as in person training. 24 fast and responsive support. RTM Suite. Analytics and Reporting. Speed of documentation. Integration with industry leading billing PM systems. Patient facing app. Patient portal. Full library of HEP content. No hidden fees. Compliance. Ease of use after initial training. Updates frequently to improve functionality and use. All staff very helpful when questions arise, super support in clinical, technology and billing arenas. Cons Initially - a few features were not as smooth as we had liked, but with development updates, these were addressed. This vendor looks to improve on feature deficits. Recent upgrade to their scheduling feature to improve efficiency of scheduling multiple appointments. Nothing negative to share about the system. Constant innovation is a plus. Recently revamped schedule and RTM Suite launch. Very responsive team when questions or problems arise. We switched from paper to this EMR and that was difficult which I am sure it would have been regardless of which EMR we had chosen. Sometimes when updates are made, the functionality with iPads is not exactly the same as with a computer, but they always try to fix it.
