	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly interface, very simple to use, opportunity to personalize the page from your company, opportunity to add/remove modules. Completeness of functionality for Automation HR & Recruitment processes. Flexibility and customization of the system. The speed of adding functionality and features. Support team <3 This has ton of features that can be used with great ease. Easy to manage absence requests and recruitment workflow. The support has been amazing and the "Live Chat" feature is really helpful. I was looking for HRM a few months and decided to use PeopleForce cos I found all in one solution. PeopleForce team always ready to help with the issues. Cons Some bugs happen sometimes, although support is ready to help and solve the problem immediately. Bugs. Lack of certain functions that cannot be implemented for some reason. Incorrect operation of the reports section. (Complexity of implementation or architectural solutions) Sometimes i feel lack of bulk actions in terms of recruitment part. Mmm, hard to say.... maybe the price is not fair for me.
