	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I browsed the UI animation flows in Pageflows to understand how apps use subtle transitions. It helped me refine the timing of slides, fades and confirmations in my own project. The recordings showed real-world timings that felt natural, something design mockups cannot replicate. I used the checkout flow examples to redesign an ecommerce payment process. The detailed video captures showed how stores structure each step, from shipping to confirmation. It helped me remove two unnecessary friction points in our own flow, and that resulted in a smoother user experience for our customers. Cons Some animations moved slightly too fast which required replaying sections several times. There are not many checkout examples for niche stores, so I had to adapt ideas from more general retail apps.
