Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I needed a cost-effective product that could allow me to enter data for my clients and bill them every month and Gym Insight fit all of my requirements. After having meaningful conversations about how simple it was and how I could save some money it was a no-brain. One of the features I liked was the door feature, which I haven't used yet, I liked how it would let me know who comes in and out of my facility since it is a 24/7 gym. Another feature I liked was all of the different reports I could look up from Financial reports to who has Access reports and the list goes on. Customer service is super friendly and helpful! The simple user interface makes it really easy to use. The payment processing and check-in features are amazing, and it's easy to update members. Comprehensive all-in-one tool for managing gyms, easy to learn and use. Most importantly, it provides key insights into performance metrics like membership growth, revenue trends, and class attendance: things that gym owners need in order to make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, measure and capitalize on success, and stay in business. The wealth of knowledge they shared with me to enhance my gym management skills was an added bonus. I love Gym Insight! It has made managing my gym a breeze. One of the best things is how easy it is to use. Members can easily sign up online, which saves me a ton of time. The digital keycards are also a great feature, makes it convenient for members to access the gym. The support from the Gym Insight team has been outstanding. They are always there to help and answer any questions I have. The staff is truly awesome and goes above and beyond. It’s been a smooth experience. I am very happy with the customer support. They always answer my questions quickly. The software itself has many advantages, too. It meets all my needs, works well, and makes training new employees easier than other software I've used before. Cons I guess the only thing I didn't like was having to check through a third party every week to make sure that the payment went through when using ACH Accounts even though it shows it is confirmed on Gym Insight. I guess its nothing wrong with one more step :0) None. It’s really great! I found this very useful. I haven’t had any issues. It is working fine for me. In terms of drawbacks, there's honestly not much that I don't like about Gym Insight. However, it would be nice to have more options to customize reports on my own. Nothing to report, it really meets all my needs. A while ago there was a report that they didn’t have that I wanted, but I submitted a request and they added it! It gives full access to data to all gym owners. It provides a schedule on a single platform. Cancellation of appointments is not a problem anymore. It can manage rooms like resources in one click. You can monitor all of your staff schedules through this software. Customization of business hours and managing its availability 24/7. Cons After using its services, no one can say it’s a defaulted piece. Yes, it may have some errors but still, every user is happy with its features. Experiencing such wonderful software never leads me to its flaws. Don’t find any particular error but yes, its website integration process is slow. This system is helping you to cross your boundaries and grab the clients. Its services are so helpful that a single review is not enough to explain them. All of its features are great to use. Whether it’s the payment service, or booking an online appointment, everything in this software is worth seeing. That’s why there is hardly any flaw in this software. A bunch of features in this software don’t leave an option to have a flaw in it. Customized access to your business is a valuable feature in this system.
