Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I needed a cost-effective product that could allow me to enter data for my clients and bill them every month and Gym Insight fit all of my requirements. After having meaningful conversations about how simple it was and how I could save some money it was a no-brain. One of the features I liked was the door feature, which I haven't used yet, I liked how it would let me know who comes in and out of my facility since it is a 24/7 gym. Another feature I liked was all of the different reports I could look up from Financial reports to who has Access reports and the list goes on. Customer service is super friendly and helpful! The simple user interface makes it really easy to use. The payment processing and check-in features are amazing, and it's easy to update members. Comprehensive all-in-one tool for managing gyms, easy to learn and use. Most importantly, it provides key insights into performance metrics like membership growth, revenue trends, and class attendance: things that gym owners need in order to make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, measure and capitalize on success, and stay in business. The wealth of knowledge they shared with me to enhance my gym management skills was an added bonus. I love Gym Insight! It has made managing my gym a breeze. One of the best things is how easy it is to use. Members can easily sign up online, which saves me a ton of time. The digital keycards are also a great feature, makes it convenient for members to access the gym. The support from the Gym Insight team has been outstanding. They are always there to help and answer any questions I have. The staff is truly awesome and goes above and beyond. It’s been a smooth experience. I am very happy with the customer support. They always answer my questions quickly. The software itself has many advantages, too. It meets all my needs, works well, and makes training new employees easier than other software I've used before. Cons I guess the only thing I didn't like was having to check through a third party every week to make sure that the payment went through when using ACH Accounts even though it shows it is confirmed on Gym Insight. I guess its nothing wrong with one more step :0) None. It’s really great! I found this very useful. I haven’t had any issues. It is working fine for me. In terms of drawbacks, there's honestly not much that I don't like about Gym Insight. However, it would be nice to have more options to customize reports on my own. Nothing to report, it really meets all my needs. A while ago there was a report that they didn’t have that I wanted, but I submitted a request and they added it!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I loved how easy it was to transition from Mindbody to WellnessLiving. However I loved even more how easy it was for my clients to shift as well. Great software. Even Better customer service that are eager to help use the software to its potential. Lots of cool options for marketing . I like having the accessibility to the customer service team throughout the business day. They are attentive and thorough. It's very easy to use, white label app, rewards program, extremely helpful support. I also love that they value my business. I no longer need to pay for more software like Perkville, constant contact, Loyal Snap and I save money every month in credit card processing fees, I can’t believe I did not find this company earlier. I’ve been using them for about six months and over that time I have had two instructors leave me, the new instructors I hired picked up on the software within a week, where previously with mind-body it would take over six weeks for them to get the hang of it, but they would still keep on calling me every day and sometimes at night when they had questions because the MINDBODY support never answered. WellnessLiving is so intuitive and easy to use, that I did not even need to use their support, and my new instructors do not even call me they figure things out all on their own because it’s just simple. I read the founders story before signing up on their blog, finally somebody from the industry built a software for the industry! Cons Zero. Literally nothing is wrong or missing for me. I would like a few more crossover functions on the elevate app. I would have like the on-boarding sessions to be longer. It can sometimes be a challenge to get support on the phone, but when they do reply they always resolve my issue. They have updates every month or so, and they are constantly rolling out new features based on customers requests, unfortunately I don’t have the time to learn all these new features and how they work, but when I do find time these guys are almost always right on with what helps my business.
