Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The reports are clean and fresh looking. Clients have expressed positive remarks in response to receiving them. Cons The application is sluggish on a phone and computer. Pictures are not loading and officers in the field complain about the time it takes to complete each scan. Because of the failure in picture performance, clients complain, and officers complain it takes them longer to complete tours. There are ongoing frustrations. They do not provide a single daily report to see all sites from a shift so you have to receive an individual email for each location which is also a time and resource drain.
