Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros GoSearch helps me instantly surface documents and resources without having to dig through folders for them. I also love the GoAI assistant to get answers to questions and AI summaries - so I don't have to bother coworkers for information. As a content marketer, I also love the custom GPT feature. I've used it to create a GPT that can help me create content in the same tone and voice as our existing content. Speed, accuracy results, AI conversational search, depth of integrations, AI summaries - just to name a few. Cons Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I feel like the product is constantly being improved with new features. Nothing yet. The product works as it was described and the onboarding experience was great.
