		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use App and program. GREAT pricing and feature enriched. I love the 10 second real-time updates and my history is available for a whole year! Great GPS Tracking System We've had Shadow Tracker installed on my vehicle for about six years, and it's been very reliable. The location updates have been accurate, and it's given my family peace of mind knowing where my vehicle is if needed. The app is easy to use for the features I need, and the few times we've had questions, customer support was helpful. Overall, it's been a dependable system, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable GPS tracking solution. The system was fast and very detailed history. Our salesman really helped us get up and running and made good recommendations for settings. They pushed us to automated our reports. Nothing. None. They gave a wonderful presentation but the products and service are nothing like they presented. Cons Thus far I have not had any complaints. Anytime I've needed assistance I have been able to contact my sales rep. thank you None that have affected our use so far. No major issues during our experience. Nothing significant to report. We haven't experienced any major drawbacks. The user interface is a bit dated, an it still uses an installed software package, if we are not on the app. Reports do not work and there is NO customer service or even empathy for non system performance. Faulty equipment, no accountability, terrible customer service, the software is outdated and is not user friendly!
