Pros: Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the connection of my dash Camara And explained all about the process.

Also he explained all details how use the internet.

Pros: NOTHING is good in their company and customer serve is crappy. Did not like it all.In my opinion no one should get it.

Cons: EVERYTHING is wrong call center will promise you anything.

Overall: ELD MANDATE is a POS company with POS service. It is not a reliable company and not good product. I had their service once. They will promise anything to get you sign in. I did not like it at all, customer support was crappy they would not resolve my issue and many problems. Needless to say I have canceled my subscription and happily separated from them. I talked to my friends they have canceled their services as well because they were having the same issue. But they are still calling day and night asking me to get their service. I have talked to manager's manger about it and explain my frustration that I don't want your service at all even if you pay me to have it and they have assured me that they have put in my file
"Do Not Call this customer ". I have blocked all their phone number. they keep generating new numbers on computer and I am still getting calls from their call center. some times multiple times a day. Don't know what to do I have explained in Indian,English both languages. They need to understand NO means NO. In my opinion this is a POS company with POS service.

Overall: i am Very happy with the service and product! So far. I would really recommend it to all my fellow truckers.

Pros: He is a great help, and made it easier for me to get into the ELD. Mostly he is a problem solver. Just wow.
