Pros: Easy to use App and program. GREAT pricing and feature enriched. I love the 10 second real-time updates and my history is available for a whole year!

Cons: Thus far I have not had any complaints. Anytime I've needed assistance I have been able to contact my sales rep. thank you

Overall: An easy to use product with great features and the ability to always know where my vehicles are in real-time. I believe the units update every 10 seconds or faster. My salesman sold me the system and is still reachable after the sale which I did not get from my previous vendor (Huge Difference)

Pros: Great GPS Tracking System
We've had Shadow Tracker installed on my vehicle for about six years, and it's been very reliable. The location updates have been accurate, and it's given my family peace of mind knowing where my vehicle is if needed. The app is easy to use for the features I need, and the few times we've had questions, customer support was helpful. Overall, it's been a dependable system, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable GPS tracking solution.

Overall: Our overall experience has been excellent. The system has been reliable, easy to use, and has consistently provided accurate location information. We've been using it for several years and have had very few issues. On the occasions we've needed assistance, customer support has been responsive and helpful. It has given us added peace of mind and has been a worthwhile investment.

Pros: The system was fast and very detailed history. Our salesman really helped us get up and running and made good recommendations for settings. They pushed us to automated our reports.

Cons: The user interface is a bit dated, an it still uses an installed software package, if we are not on the app.

Overall: We have had a great overall experience with this system, and the salesman has answered our questions even after hours. We are a small company so there is a lot a features we won't use.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Reports do not work and there is NO customer service or even empathy for non system performance.

Overall: VP of Logistics and Operations. Have a fleet of service vehicles across the US along with several semi trailers.

Pros: None.

They gave a wonderful presentation but the products and service are nothing like they presented.

Cons: Faulty equipment, no accountability, terrible customer service, the software is outdated and is not user friendly!

Overall: If I could give no stars I would!!! Faulty devices, terrible service, communication issues, misrepresentation.......... I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor, don't walk away from Advanced Tracking Technologies run!!!

Going with ATTI was a huge business mistake! Don't make the same mistake we did!! Devices do not work and endless unfulfilled promises!

Even though they have not fulfilled their contractual obligations the only way they will let us out of the contract is by charging us a ridiculous amount of money!!! Completely unethical!

They literally told me even though they haven’t fulfilled the services that were promised when they presented their services we need to pay well over $5,000 to get out of the contract. As of today we still do NOT have all GPS units up and running and they still want BIG BUCKS to release us!

You can check out my other google reviews and see that I prefer acknowledging excellent service and/or products rather than negative reviews BUT I hope I can help someone from making the same mistakes we did!

I spent hours and hours and hours on the phone. I have a paper trail of emails a mile long proving the issues we have had and the amount of time our business has spent just trying to get what we were promised. Despite all that, it’s still my problem and we need to pay them lots of $ to get out of the contract! A contract where they have not held up their end of the bargain!

RUN!!

Save yourself, your business, and your sanity!!! Go with another provider!!!
