It's easy of implement, update and use for on premise. you can manage one project with different types of views, kanban, gantt and even you can create your own views. Cons - Sometimes major releases are slow to come out but the core solution itself is quite comprehensive. The use of kanban only is available over a plan, will be greate to be able of use this functionality for free.
