It is essential for us to have managed to find a platform that does not require some degree of training, since it is not necessary to have a team of professionals to be able to participate in the creative moment, only against the platform is completely easy to use and manage, the tools are practical to use and the configuration to give and customize everything we want to do is quick and easy. And a few words is all we need to create an amazing effect with just a couple of clicks, discovering a new world of actions where communicating will no longer be boring. The creation of new content for any of our virtual platforms will no longer be limited to a single design, you can show as much creativity as you want and Genially helps us with this. The integration of other platforms is essential to achieve a better link of the information and to be able to make my creations based on this, starting from this point the integrations have also allowed us to implement this content created on other platforms and thus be able to share our presentations. I have no doubt that all its tools were made exactly to be able to achieve everything we have proposed, the effects are always the right ones to create a dynamic environment in our presentations, there are no limitations when it comes to linking some kind of multimedia file with our content, whether audio, video or image, in addition to the images it offers gives us the possibility of creating perfectly expressed visual content. Not satisfied with this, the quality of the content could not be missing, we can create a universe and download it and share it with a professional quality. Genially is a great tool to open up creativity in the workplace. It has a lot of features that enhance communication by providing the tools to create engaging content that feels new and modern, increasing the chances of getting noticed by customers and bringing more flow into our business. My favorite part about Genially is that it does not require a big learning curve, all things can be learned in a short amount of time and get started right away with creating new content for the business. There is a great amount of content available to be created like presentations, infographics, videos, training tools for new hires, guides, and so much more. There are great templates available that can be readily edited with the business’ content without doing much work, or start from scratch with Genially’s great interface that does not require for us to be experts in design to be able to create something new. It is a no-code platform that allows for the creation of amazing content and I love this software because of that. I also like the fact that the content we create is interactive enough to gain the audience’s attention, and have them engage with our content the way we want them to. As for inside the business, I like that Genially has given us the ability to create content that enhances communication and provides a way for us to get through our projects with the most creative mindset; for training new hires, it is easy to create content that is easy for them to digest and get started in our business right away, it helps them understand and get set up in an easier way. It also allows us to become better trainers for new hires, with the right tools to do so. Genially is an incredible platform to be able to optimize the design process of any company, I really liked that this platform has many tools for image editing, I loved the fact of being able to modify all the contrasts of any image in a simple way, I also liked the fact of being able to insert all kinds of text within the design that I am working on online, each of the tools that this platform offered me really helped me a lot to build a very potential design tool. Another of the things that I liked within this platform is that when I have completed the preparation and editing of a design, the platform allows me to download that design in different resolutions, as well as it allows me to modify the quality in which I go to download that design, so this is fantastic because if I need a low quality for that design, I can buy it immediately, also, if I have created some kind of logo and want to use it as a Favicon, I can download the small design. Another of the features that I liked about this platform is that it also has a video editing tool, I can easily create an interactive video, it has all the necessary tools to modify the audio of a video, modify each section of a video, combine videos, render a video and many more things, really the video editing within this platform is very complete, in addition, I liked what this platform also allows you to design all kinds of presentations or slides, this tool is quite beneficial for us since we can create a presentation and incorporate an innovative design with the use of templates offered by this platform. Genially is a very important service to design all kinds of images, with the help of this platform to create very good quality images, create infographics, presentations, catalogs or Maps, it was a very complete platform to offer various design services. In addition, with this couple you can create all kinds of animations or interactive effects. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has. 1.- One of the main things that I like within this platform is the system of animations and interactive effects, there is a great variety of animations within the platform, I can configure so that an image is animated at a specific moment, I can also set the amount of time that animation will last. There is a list of animations that can be placed for the entrance or exit of some image, I can place so that an image enters at a specific moment of the presentation, as well as I can make an image move at a specific moment thanks to this system of animations. 2.- Another of the things that I like within this platform is that there are many options to choose from for users who are designing some type of information map or geographic map. The platform offers a wide variety of designs to create maps. really structured information, but you can break down all the information correctly and have a correct legibility of all the information. Currently there is an excess of State which allows you to obtain the design that you want for your conceptual map, you can choose the design that later meets your needs or the one that has a greater organization of information. 3.- The third thing that I like about this platform is that this platform has a complete guide integrated which will help you understand all the functions of this platform, you will be able to create interactive content with images, design all kinds of presentations, create all kinds of maps in a simple way, this manual is very complete and will help you understand all the features that Genially offers, it is a fairly extensive manual but it is very useful for new users. 4.- The fourth thing that is important to mention that is very positive within this platform is the fact that you can enter or insert all kinds of Videos within each imagine presentation that you are designing, this platform allows you to insert Videos either through a direct link or importing it from your computer or from your device. You can insert the amount of video you want, in addition, this platform that allows you to insert all kinds of text with different text sources, images and no type of limit and external content to the creation. 5.- The last thing that I like about this platform is the great variety of dishes that there are to design presentations, you can start a presentation from scratch, using one of the templates that the platform has offered you, it is important to highlight that All the template have quite optimal design, unique design and it is an excellent alternative for PowerPoint. This platform offers tabs that are fully customizable, you can change the color of the template in general, modify the font of the text in that template, the order of each of the grids in the template and much more. Genially is a magnificent platform to have a correct design of any type of image, which platform will help you create all kinds of presentations, slides and at the same time it will allow you to modify all kinds of images, add all kinds of contrast or filters so that your image looks so much better. The main thing that I like about this platform is the wide variety of tools it has, it offers you much more advanced tools than any other platform, it allows you to modify all kinds of contrast, color tone of the image, apply all kinds of filters, and many more things, it is important to note that the library of filters available within this platform is quite extensive, there is a wide variety of filters available for you to apply to your images and make them look much better. Another thing that I like about this platform is the speed with which it works within its version for computers. This version works wonderfully and offers fluidity when designing all kinds of images, no matter how much information you insert within it. the image you are designing, in the same way the platform behaves fluidly and will provide you with a very comfortable experience. The third thing that I like about this platform is that you can render the image in various types of quality and formats, the platform offers you variety so that you can download the image in various formats, as well as allowing you to improve the quality of the image thanks to the artificial intelligence that is integrated. Cons We have found some quirks that we would love if the support team could fix, as to a certain extent, although they are not completely bad, they do tend to interfere a bit with our daily work. Sometimes we have work that we need to do collaboratively with different departments, in terms of information development, and Genially does not have the possibility of working on the same presentation at the same time, in real time. It is really difficult to a great extent developing different presentations because we need each for your right moment and not being able to count on the possibility of entering at the same time tends to delay the delivery of the final work, in addition to being not very pleasant. Later, having alternative functions to the creation of designs and presentations such as ratings or more collaboration tools with other platforms would allow it to cover much more than it does now and with this add other functions that would be nice to have. Another of the situations that we have had to face is at the time of addition, solid mass happen that we eliminate some type of element and through the undo option we have not been able to return said element, it interferes with our creative moment as well as interrupting our workflow due to having to go back to search for the same element that we had, perhaps it is a platform error that we hope will improve soon. For the rest, for now, this is the only thing that we can highlight in negative aspects, thanks to the fact that Genially undoubtedly has everything we have been looking for, and its usefulness has been representative based on its value, its functionality corresponds to the tools it offers and it has been faithful throughout the process, being these the creators of generating new opportunities without any type of limit. Genially has some issues, or some lack of tools that I would like to see in the upcoming updates because I feel like they are very necessary to improve the constant work that is being made inside of Genially, and improve the automation of it. Firstly, I would like to see more improvement made on the real time collaboration tools, as of right now there is not a specific feature that allows this to happen, so it would be great to implement the ability to collaborate on the infographics and presentation at the same time with the changes being automatically saved and updated on everyone’s device and changes being seen in the editor at the same time. Secondly, the plans for pricing are not very accessible, the one that is for teams which is the most optimized for business is very costly, it would be great to have more pricing plans for teams that vary in the availability of features and the cost. I have not presented any type of problem while using this platform, this tool for editing images, creating slideshows and creating interactive images has behaved excellently and has allowed us to enhance the general design of many banners and images for our company. especially to be used for advertising campaigns. Genially has offered an excellent service to design all kinds of images when needed, however, there is also one negative thing that I am important to mention about this platform, I consider that it is a relatively new platform in the market and that it has many negative things that are necessary to improve. 1.- One of the main negative things that this platform has is that its operation is only online, there is no download application for computers and you cannot download it on your mobile device either, therefore, it greatly limits the use that you can give it. the user to this platform. I consider that its use online is also a problem for those people who do not have a computer with very good capacity, since they will have to put the operation is a browser to access this service, which will cause consumption within the computer be quite tall. I consider that it is very necessary to create a Calendar application for computers, to have a much more complete and fluid experience. 2.- The second negative thing about this platform is that it necessarily needs an Internet connection to work, for example, if you open the online platform, and suddenly you no longer have an Internet connection, the platform will automatically stop working, an Internet connection is required. Internet connection to access each of the tools offered by this design service. I don't like at all the fact that you have to have an Internet connection to use these editing and design tools, I consider it to be an application with a lot of potential, with quite optimal templates and very professional tools, so that it only works if you have internet connection. 3.- Another of the negative things that this platform has is that if you are using the free plan of this platform, I cannot download the designs you make, which automatically turns it into a platform that gives free users great utility. . I believe that it is very necessary that this platform allows us to download the designs that Suarez will make for free, since on some occasions new users want to design within this platform, create some type of presentation and it would be excellent to be able to do it for free, since There are tons of platforms out there today that offer a completely free presentation creation service. I admit that since I started using this platform I have never presented any type of failure, I have always had the possibility of making all kinds of designs, I have also been able to make presentations and brochures thanks to this platform, at no time have I presented any type of problem , all the tools that this platform has offered me have behaved excellently, helping me to generate a design in a very short time without any errors. Also, the image quality has never been affected within this platform, I must admit that since I started using it I have had only positive results, and I hope that this rush continues, I really would not want to replace this platform with something another alternative, as it works wonders.
