	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a medical professional, the ability to securely log in to my patient charts from anywhere in the world has simplified and destressed my life immeasurably. Super-simple for end-users to get set up. Native two-factor authentication. Group policy controls for Windows enterprise networks. Easy to troubleshoot and support. Cons The jump in subscription from two to five seats, would rather see the option to select exactly the number of seats needed, rather than having to pay for extra unused capacity. Support was slow to respond due to overwhelming requests due to new customers.
