Excellent filter for malicious content and websites. We recommend it. Good cost x benefit Straight forward to implement, easy to maintain and low resource for training new employees. We renew each year because the it fulfills all of our requirements for our customer base. The ease of configuration, the categories and the reliability of the product are impressive, something very important is that it does not make devices slower. I could say that the product makes your network more efficient by eliminating junk traffic. Advanced customization options are somewhat limited. User interface could be improved for deeper policy control limitation of DNS protocols in some plans premium. Sometimes support can be a little slow if we email the helpdesk, but this is generally not the case. The ease of configuration, the categories and the reliability of the product are impressive. I use for whitelist and blacklist work perfect and very simple to use.
