Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This system is light weight, easy to use, and has everything you need to build an infinitely customizable document management solution for any industry. We are using it for a case management system for a law firm and dealing with millions of documents, and FormKiQ has allowed us to innovate in ways we never could before. The best part about it is the support. Mike and Regan are quick to respond to questions, highly knowledgable about all the technology involved, and never fail to find a solution to any issue that comes up. FormKiQ provided the exact solution as needed, including a custom module to run a credit check on the applicant. They are quick to respond to questions and support requests, and have very deep knowledge of their tool and the AWS cloud. Self-contained backend service that we easily embedded in our application, wrapping in our own REST API's. Provides a UI for admin and testing, but we are using in a headless mode, integrated into our large microservice architecture. Has the core features we need and is not bloated by other things we don't care about. Saved time and de-risked this component of our project, allowing us to focus on building our differentiators. Fast, extremely inexpensive to run in AWS serverless - both functions and database. Great support from the FormKiQ team, in response to requests to extend features. Cons Very infrequently, we will bump up against a problem that the software doesn't yet have a feature to address. This is a rare thorn in our side, but the product is new and growing rapidly. The up side is that everything on our wishlist is also on the development roadmap, and Mike and Regan always work closely with us to understand our needs as they design new features. The web interface wasn't as turn-key as we wanted at first, with more coding required to add our branding. But they were quick to provide a solution that was an enhancement to FormKiQ itself, rather than charging us for changes. We extended the query/searching capability, engaging the FormKiQ team. Would like to see some metadata support for attributes and tags.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that the tool is very secure and that it makes document management and collaboration seamless. It is very secure and comes with sufficient cloud storage. What's more the software is easy to scale, manage and customize. Throughout the years, Pinpoint has gotten even better. They are regularly updating it with new features that were either requested by their customers or developed by themselves to improve their product. We specifically love their in-depth search feature due to an exceptional OCR function. This helps us to search the details of a documents successfully. Additionally, since we are cloud based, we can access Pinpoint wherever we are located. Their customer service is top notch. If we have any questions about how to do something, our project manager will give us steps to figure out how to implement the task correctly. Sometimes there might be a technical issue that needs to be resolved. Their technical support is efficient and the issue will be fixed within an hour of submitting a ticket. 1. Easily assessible 2. Drag and drop technology 3. There are no unnecessary features that you have to sit and wonder about, everything that is on there, you can use. We have been so impressed with this company and the ease of the product. The staff is always there to help us and willing to consider any suggestions we make. We wish all of the vendors we deal with were as good. Moving from another document management software to PinPoint is one of the best things we have done so far. PinPoint lets me drag and drop any kind of file into its automated filing system and then make changes without having to leave their site. It has made me more efficient and feel good that everything is in the same place. Cons With such an effective document manager, I cannot afford to complain. It is a very effective solution for business. We have no cons for Pinpoint. We highly recommend them. The price is slightly on the steep end but is comparable to other programs of the same stature. I do not really have anything to list at this point. I've had a good experience so far. No complaints to report.
