Another thing that I like about this platform is that it allows me to receive responses in real time, through the monitoring system I can know which Client is completing a survey at a specific time, I can monitor each of the responses that are being posted to the survey questions, in addition, I can know the customer's location, how many questions he has answered and many more details, this function really allows me to monitor the customer's activity in each survey in real time. I also liked that this platform is able to send automated reminders to customers who have received a survey from us in their email inbox, this feature is very important to me as when a large number of customers do not you have completed the survey we have sent to your email, we can set up Automated Reminders to be sent to our customers inbox, I really love this feature as it allows me to get more responses on surveys. I also loved that they get benefits from what is the mobile app, this app has two features, it allows you to complete surveys through this app without having to open the survey within the browser, but also allows the feature to create surveys from scratch, if you need to send you survey your customers and you want to do it from your mobile phone, this application costs like these features included, you can create an account from scratch and have all the features and tools available in the desktop version. This has bothered me a lot since I had contracted a plan which already covered my needs and now I have a plan which I do not use certain tools just because Survey Monkey as a company wanted to move some tools only to more expensive plans, this should not be So since I had already structured a payment plan which calculated the expenses of this platform, now I had to spend more to be able to enjoy a single feature. So if they are going to accommodate the plans again I hope they won't remove features from lower features again just to make you pay more. - I would like you to be able to do flash surveys to be able to integrate them into social channels or to integrate them into video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Skype. One of the main negative points of this platform is that currently it is not possible to remove the branding of this software in the surveys I have created, all the surveys I have created in this software are branded by SurveyMonkey, I did not like this mainly because I I would love to put my company brand on the survey, although I can put my company logo on this survey, I can't remove the SurveyMonkey brand. The second negative thing regarding this platform is that currently it is not possible to customize the link of each survey, it would be excellent to be able to create a personalized link for each survey, which does not have the SurveyMonkey link, it would be excellent to be able to modify this link and place the name of my company in the survey link. The last negative thing about this platform is regarding the free trial version, this free trial version lasts a very short time, in addition, the number of surveys you can create and the number of Contacts you can add to send this is very limited. survey via email, I do not recommend this trial version at all as it is not very useful. My first criticism about this platform is regarding the free version, since the free version does not allow you to send a large number of surveys to customers, also, it does not have a great limit when it comes to the number of customers you can reach. I will send you a survey, there is approximately a limit of 100 contacts to whom you can send surveys, it is very necessary to use a paid version to have those limits and be able to send surveys without limits. Another negative thing about this platform is that customers can see what software this survey has been created with, there is no way to remove the SurveyMonkey name from each survey created, and you cannot get a personalized survey link either. , so all your customers will know that you have taken that survey with SurveyMonkey. The third negative thing about this platform is that the free version does not allow you to add mandatory fields either, so if you use the Rita version to send surveys, you will run the risk that some fields or answers are not completed by the client. SurveyMonkey has many positive features, the creation of surveys within this platform is relatively perfect, however one of the main things that I do not like about this platform is the service to create forms, the main service used in this platform is the surveys, yes Maru, the additional service that exists within it is that it can create forms, the formula that within this platform is not as good as it seems, since the participants of each form cannot send the information of the form to complete the then, in addition, it is formed and has a rather old-fashioned design, which means that the other participant does not feel as encouraged to complete it correctly, we believe that the forms within this platform should be much more optimal.
