Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -It has some real-time useful capabilities for a database like blocking, deadlocks, etc. -It helps you by giving useful detailed metrics and insights. -It performs synthetic transactions seamlessly and fast. Cons -There is not a lot of room for customization in the tool. -Configuration process is complicated to do unless you are very experienced.
