Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Takes the hassle of setting up and maintaining Apps and online ordering Site. They also offer a multitude of marketing packages and alternate ordering platforms for customer convenience. - Low commission - Full control of the site, menu and settings - Ease of use - Good support - Customers details can be easily obtained to contact them Best for customer service. A good platform to order food online. Payment is prompt. A good first step for online orders. Customers who use it seem to like it. Customer service. Easy and fast way for customers to order. Accept all kind of payments. Fare commission. Cons Sometimes a bit lacking on the maintenance and updating of the Sites. They charge Cash customers the same processing fee as credit on top of the commission from the restaurant partner. - Unable to control specials and promotions - Can’t press ‘ on its way’ - Must do your own promotion - Hard to get customers to move to the FlipDish site from other platforms - Must pay for Apple app. Set up - Account managers can be very helpful or not helpful at all. N/A. High turnover of staff. This makes it hard to build a working relationship. Some discount options that I need for my restaurant but it is not something negative from Flipdish as it is very complicated from my side with specific days and times of the day who need to be changed automatically.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the Reels it created for social media. It created nice looking posts for FB including National celebration days. N/A. I have no pros for this company! Right out of the gate they were very misleading. I specifically asked what hidden fees are there? On camera the rep stated the only variable to the cost would be if I wanted videos or just pictures for the site. Which is clearly understandable. They seemed decent for a week but I was always uncomfortable by the way the relationship started and the amount of pressure they applied to us just to sign up. Nice pictures but you could hire a photographer $100 for that. They drag out the website for months while charging you the monthly fee while you get nothing in return. Total scam company. Do not use!! Please learn from me. I’m bringing them to court. Cons Cost Almost impossible to cancel- They talk in circles acting like they are concerned about your business but they are just trying to keep you paying. Functions are rudimentary-I.e. Applications- I had to follow up with every applicant to ask questions beyond their name, phone, and email Fine print information- the photos they take belong to them After initial contract, you don’t go month to month as it seems- you pay month to month but are contracted for a whole year Without hard data to substantiate this- I do not feel like it helped my business at all. They claim a lot of $ that they brought in but I was still doing all the social media posting, etc. Never delivered what was promised, took money and offered no refunds They are very misleading!!! They are built in a way to force you into upgrading. If not they trap you into a contract. They actually offer you nothing that your averaging marketing person can’t do better. Everything else. The service they provide, you can do on your own. The company is being run into the ground by the owner’s son, who is incredibly rude and arrogant. I can only hope they go out of business soon. Everything about them. They charge big monthly fees while they ‘develop’ your website for months all while you get nothing in return. They are a scam. I will do my best to bring them down in court.
