Pros: I have no pros for this company! Right out of the gate they were very misleading. I specifically asked what hidden fees are there? On camera the rep stated the only variable to the cost would be if I wanted videos or just pictures for the site. Which is clearly understandable.

Cons: They are very misleading!!! They are built in a way to force you into upgrading. If not they trap you into a contract. They actually offer you nothing that your averaging marketing person can’t do better.

Overall: They claim to be an all in one, making you do the work. Yet charge more for multiple linked social media accounts. They intentionally start you out using Facebook because they want the extra $50 a month to link a much more used platform like TikTok and Instagram. When I requested a refund because I was not going to pay extra. They basically called me cheap and claiming the 3k is not refundable.

Pros: They seemed decent for a week but I was always uncomfortable by the way the relationship started and the amount of pressure they applied to us just to sign up.

Cons: Everything else. The service they provide, you can do on your own. The company is being run into the ground by the owner’s son, who is incredibly rude and arrogant. I can only hope they go out of business soon.

Overall: I hope that AI puts them out of business and he gets what he deserves for treating his customers with such disregard.

Pros: Nice pictures but you could hire a photographer $100 for that. They drag out the website for months while charging you the monthly fee while you get nothing in return. Total scam company. Do not use!! Please learn from me. I’m bringing them to court.

Cons: Everything about them. They charge big monthly fees while they ‘develop’ your website for months all while you get nothing in return. They are a scam. I will do my best to bring them down in court.

Overall: Please heed my warning. They are just another scam company taking advantage of small businesses. Class action lawsuit?

Pros: Website looks nice but way too many mistakes and annoying pop ups / spamming customers with annoying emails.

Cons: Extremely overpriced for what its worth. Go with someone else.

Overall: I'm so frustrated with what I've gotten from this company. website has not helped like they claimed it would and the price is stupid. If spot hopper decides to get ahold of me and fix my contract / refund me some money I might remove this complaint. but in all honesty, I would avoid using spot hopper.

Pros: Their presentation of materials from their salespeople was great.

Cons: Once you sign on the contract, the salespeople disappear and they hand you over to an email in the sky, with a template site creation that is less impressive than a basic site on Wix. Nothing the salespeople promised came to fruition. The photographer they supplied was less than professional and the pictures could have been done better by my bar staff. (Actually, we had them redo the pictures.) I took down the website after six months, and continued to make payments on the contract, and upon canceling the service at the end of the contract, they have repeatedly billed me for additional time. I have dealt with four different people there, and there doesn't seem to be any communication between the departments. Now they are stating that only 6 of the 12 payments were made, and they want to charge my account for the rest - this is when I called to have them reverse the 2nd erroneous withdrawal. There is no one to call direct, and emails get put up a chain of command that takes days to get back to you.

Overall: There are better alternatives! Or find a real design company to handle your site with proper customer service. Don't go with them if you are running Toast POS! And definitely keep track of all your bank statements, as well as alert bank to block their access upon finishing the payments.

Pros: The video is nice- that's about where it stops.
I guess the ability to change the menu in real time is better than single platform.

Cons: Nothing about this works well.
You do not have the ability to control users access level- we wanted mgmt to be able to access bookings only, but it's either all or nothing access.
The site is just a basic template for every concept- they do not seem to be able to handle a multi-unit concept.
Using only google fonts is an absolute joke.
We don't have the ability to schedule posts on our time- it tries to be smart, but I've tried to post something for a specific day and it always goes out after that.
There are so many more cons.

Overall: It has been horrible- do not waste your time and money with this software. If someone has no idea about websites/marketing/etc it might be a little useful- but other than that it is a complete waste of time and money.
