	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros WebRez has a lot of great features. It offers a great deal of flexibility and customization so you can manage your business the way you want. There is an easy to use customer facing interface to access via your website. Credit card processing is integrated, as are many customer communication tools. The Accounting side of the software makes it easy to reconcile and keep track of taxes and other payments. Cons The interface can be confusing, with multiple setting needed to change one function. It's rather old school in the programing approach, making changes cumbersome at times. Some of the features are outdated, but they are working on updates. There are a lot of add-on fees that can quickly double your monthly invoice.
