Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The phones work. If all you need is to make a phone call then this service will work for you. If you need help with the service, you will be frustrated. In summary, there is no, "we care" at FirstComm. Cons Poor customer support is the 1st issue. After the initial setup, it is difficult to find support. The fee is higher than comparable service and regardless of how long you have been a customer, if you don't cancel service in a narrow window if time you either have to stay another year or pay a ridiculous penalty.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good pricing. Basic online serve-yourself email administration. Live person answers on tech support lines when you call in. Cons Tech Support is VERY hit or miss on their ability to (1) speak english and understand your issue (2) be able to resolve the issue. (9/10 times they will open a support ticket -and that's it.) Their documentation is VERY POOR and outdated. hey regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades." Really makes it difficult to cancel their services.
