Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good sales team, that's for sure. There is nothing positive about finally unless you like spending money on a possible scam or complete incompetence. Nothing to like. The sales process was believable and the salesperson was trustworthy. His name was Jack and I think he truly believed in what he was selling. NOT ONE SINGLE THING! Everything about this company is a literal DISASTER and I could not fire them fast enough!!! Cons I cannot begin to describe the level of frustration (or expense) that we have experienced in the last year. The accountants don't ask questions & don't shut up & listen long enough for us to complete a sentence anyway. Email questions or concerns go largely unanswered but rest assured they'll pull the payments for their 12 month contract shamelessly. Absolutely the Worst Bookkeeping Experience I've Ever Had Working with Finally Bookkeeping was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I paid for services like reconciling and invoicing, none of which were ever completed. Scheduling a meeting was nearly impossible, and on the rare occasion I did manage to book one, they would cancel last minute and then follow up with a suspicious email trail that made it look like I had canceled. Unbelievably unprofessional. At one point, they told me my general ledger was incorrect, then asked me if I knew why, without providing any details. They miscategorized taxes paid as personal income, which is a major and avoidable error. When I asked them to pull a simple report, they told me I should contact my former bookkeeper instead. Completely unacceptable. For five months, they repeatedly asked me to submit the same reports. I complied every time, and every month they acted like it was the first time they'd asked. When I questioned whether I was submitting them incorrectly, I got no response. During onboarding, I watched them access all my accounts, yet every time I asked why something wasn't done, they claimed they didn't have access. I went through the entire process of granting permissions again, only to be told again that they didn’t have access. Whether this was incompetence or a scam, I can't say. But it was hands down the worst, most frustrating, and most unproductive experience I’ve ever had with a bookkeeping service. This is only a handful of examples of completely unprofessional and unacceptable practices. Save your time, money, and sanity. Look elsewhere. For 6 months they pulled $250 off my card! For 6 months they made me upload statements. For 6 months, I didn't hear a peep out of them. After 6 months, I wanted out. They beat around the bush getting back to me. Them my reps excuse was she was sick. Everything else. My experience was a complete disaster. EVERYTHING!!! NO communication, couldn't correctly categorize transactions, didn't handle one single thing for filing taxes, made us late to file and will cost us exorbitant late fees, took MONTHS for the first email about ANYTHING regarding our accounting, they take weeks to reply to an email but STILL don't answer questions, all they care about is their MONEY.		Pros from Real Users Pros The software offers a simple and intuitive user interface that makes it easy to create and manage invoices, track payments, and manage clients. The mobile app makes it easy to access the software from anywhere, and the integration with other popular business apps, such as PayPal and Stripe, makes it even more convenient. Freshbooks also offers a range of accounting features, such as tracking expenses, generating reports, and managing taxes. The platform is very simple and easy to use, all its features and tools are very intuitive. They handle a large amount of information without the need to present any kind of blocking in the system. The price is incredible, Freshbooks fits what it offers. The best CDFi option is included and projects are handled much better. The best finance software for streamlining invoicing process for clients and time tracking. It is highly reliable in completing complex financial processes and automating tasks. FreshBooks have managed to bed down the Quote to Cash (Proposals - Invoice - Receipt - Report) process in a very elegant and concise way, hats off to them. We adopted FreshBooks after extensive evaluation and despite the price, the value they provide makes it worth it. Proposal are a definite win though it would be nice if we could customize/personalize the sending domain name. Freshbooks works with high-performance financial analytics, from which you can create advanced statistics showing the billing and closing cycles of all dates booked in the system, so you can access the information as often as needed. Freshbooks quickly manages file exports. First, I like the ease of implementation of FreshBooks. It helps us in executing our accounting duties with ease. For instance, we are able to manage our invoices perfectly using FreshBooks. Moreover, with FreshBooks, we track time and manage invoices easily. It is a great platform for us. FreshBooks is a great tool for invoicing clients either for one-time or recurring payments. There are several integrations, including my favorite one which is HubSpot CRM for tracking clients in their sales cycle. This invoicing and accounting software is a great step toward automation. We switched from using Excel and Word to using FreshBooks and have been very pleased. #1- The billing portal is easy to customize and allows to add a business logo. #2- Automatic payment processing and quick bill generator. #3- Auto Tax calculation for every invoice. Very easy to use and organizes your information well. It allows your customers to save their info and bill easily.
