The team at FileHold walked us through all stages and we were up and functioning within an hour. Cons Font is a little small and it is not adjustable There is not a collapse all for the folders - do not love having to click the - sign when I have 20 folders open Cant identify any cons to address. We had zero issues with the install and so far, no issues in using the tool. Annotation tools functioned flawlessly, accurate and swift to use, and all saved without any glitches even on bigger pdf files. Tools functioned but design looks a bit bland. Used Zendoc for splitting and merging project files. it did the job but felt somewhat functional. would appreciate some light customization. uniting multiple worksheets to a single document was easy. drag-and-drop reordering would be even improved. The password protection aspect functioned flawlessly, securing my secret PDF files yet still convenient enough to readily share if necessary. Cons A bit more space between fields would make long forms easier to read and complete. It would greatly benefit from having a color picker for custom highlights so notes pop out more in the course of reviews or editing sessions The tools functioned but design looks a bit bland. uniting multiple worksheets to a single document was easy. drag-and-drop reordering would be even improved.
