	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I purchased this for the ability to segregate texts into folders / categories. I use a Samsung Galaxy S25+ for a phone. Samsung used to a messaging app that you could used folders/ categories. The app is no longer available from Samsung and support from Samsung is discontinuing July 2026. The folders feature works great!! I've used Pulse for years. I like being able to customize my text app. I like the ability to delay sending. The look of the screen and text make it easy to read. Flexible - used for years. Many of the functions predated other messengers, so don't jump on the "I have that" now, but for quite some time you could schedule messages, manage folders, use templates, pin messages. Nothing it doesn't work. Complete waste of time. A rip off company. Return my money, return my money, return my money. Cons -No ability to take a picture in the text screen. You need to exit the texting app, go into your camera app, take the picture, go back into Pulse SMS and select the picture from the gallery. -BIGGEST PEAVE- Pulse SMS fails to send the pics. Same pic in Google Messages gets sent out just fine. Pulse SMS, you need to go into settings (default picture size is set to 500kb) and try the 1Mb, 3Mb, 5Mb max picture size. Nothing worked for me. -Pricing........as of 4/25/2026, a lifetime subscription was $149.99. Yearly was $39.99. Pulse SMS gives you a 'Free' 3 day trial. I purchased the lifetime subscription....then, 3 days later; Pulse SMS charged me the $39.99 fee. Fun stuff!! -Pinch to Zoom (enlarge text or pics)......NO ABILITY TO PINCH TO ZOOM. Want to make your text larger?? You need to go into settings and you have the option of Small, Medium, and Large (Did you want fries with that??) I wear glasses. I get a text in the middle of the night, I can pinch to zoom Google Messages and read the text. Pulse?? Where are my glasses!! Recent changes no longer allows vCard or full contact text information to be sent. All you get is name and address. You have to actually go in copy and paste- really?! Let me break out my Abacus too. When I reboot my computer the damn captcha takes too many attempts before I can use the app again. Nothing really, just at times with a web login the captcha did not work. Occasionally an image doesn't send. I have tried for hours to use this app which I paid for and cant log on, have it for 3/4 months now. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Send an email, wait a week get a reply doesn't work, send an email wait a week get a reply doesn't work, send an email wait a week.
