Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like most about FieldPie is how user-friendly and practical it is. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage daily tasks without unnecessary complexity. I especially appreciate how it helps streamline workflows, keep everything organized, and save time. Overall, FieldPie makes day-to-day operations much more efficient and provides a smooth user experience. FieldPie has completely transformed how we manage our field operations. The real-time visibility it provides is unparalleled, allowing us to track team activities and store audits as they happen. The automated reporting feature saves our managers hours of manual work every week, turning raw field data into actionable insights instantly. FieldPie makes daily work easier and more organized. It helps teams know what they need to do and when to do it. Having everything in one place saves time and reduces confusion between field and office teams. The recurring issue tracking is one of the most helpful features. Being able to flag repeat problems and monitor them over time gives real insight into patterns, not just one-off incidents. The reporting makes it much easier to prioritize corrective actions based on data. FieldPie has made our projects much more organized and transparent. Communication between our field teams and the office has improved dramatically. Our team loves the mobile app. Cons FieldPie offers a wide range of features and detailed functionalities, which is definitely one of its strengths. However, because the platform is so comprehensive, it can sometimes take a little extra time to find exactly what I’m looking for. That said, once you get familiar with the interface, everything becomes much easier to navigate. Overall, it’s a very minor challenge compared to the value the platform provides. The platform is incredibly deep and feature-rich, which is great, but it can take some time for new users to discover all the advanced customization options. We would love to see more interactive, step-by-step guided tours within the dashboard to help our team master the complex configurations even faster. In the beginning, it takes a little time to get used to all the options. Some features are not immediately obvious, but they become clearer with regular use. Some advanced features take a little time to fully explore and use effectively, especially at the beginning. A few more in-app tips or short guidance for first-time users would make the onboarding experience even smoother. Reporting could use more customization options. It covers the basics well, but we’d like deeper insights.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)
