Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent way to track your time to bill customers or clients; ease-of-use, customized templates, readily accessible support staff. Cons Nothing that I can think of. Although the company is in Romania, the staff speaks excellent English and I never had a problem reaching them although I am in Queens, New York.
