Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Works very well after the last update. Really love that the CRM module has all essential features and they’re fully customizable. And I tried the Agile module. There are lots of handy tools for task and project management. I guess I’m going to work more often in this module. The main point is that Flowlu has automations. And these automations are not only for the CRM module, but also for tasks, accounting and Agile. It saves much time. I use Flowlu to manage my building projects. As I'm new in such a software, I tried to find something affordable and fully featured at that time. I started to use Flowlu with a 14-day trial and I was so impressed that switched to the subscription. I was mostly impressed with tools for project management, because I've never heard of Agile and it was first time for me to try it. But Agile is not really suits my need, so I currently use the Project module. I like that I can break my projects into stages , link tasks and monitor progress step-by step. My team is using Flowlu as well, so we communicate mostly in group and project chats. It's really handy, because before Flowlu we communicated via messengers, but most of our projects were on excel, so it took lots of time on switching between pages. Thanks to Flowlu, I have more time for important tasks right now, because most of routine is on Flowlu's automations right now. It saves a lot of money on using other apps, because you don't have to use them while there is Flowlu. Really, it has everything that I need, even integrations with Gmail and Google Calendar. I used Zoho before, but switched to Flowlu because of the pricing and poor Zoho Interface. Thanks to Flowlu, there is a CSV import and export, so I moved quickly. I’ve found Flowlu as a CRM solution for my startup, but as it has lots of other tools for task and project management I’m using it to manage all of my projects right now. I have never been using such a software before, so it was essential for me to Flowlu is a user-friendly solution with intuitive interface. Our team is not a big one, so Flowlu saves much time for more profitable things because of CRM and finance automation. Now, I don’t have to send and set up invoices manually, I just create templates and use recurring invoices with online payments. There are lots of online payment solutions, so you can find the one that suits you. I also use email integrations to automatically send eoffers and follow-ups to clients. It's extremely easy with automation rules for pipelines, because it works once you set it up. And the main point is that Flowlu is affordable and has a discount for annual subscription. Moreover, you don’t have to pay for each person and you pay for the whole team. Most of my time I work remotely, and even if my team is not that big, it was hard to communicate with them and manage all projects in a bunch of apps, so I’ve started to use all-in-one tools. I've been with Flowlu since 2019 and it was an amazing experience, they’re always developing and I’m excited about what features they are going to add with the next update! The first thing that has made me purchase Flowlu is task management features. I didn’t like keeping my data and managing tasks in two different apps, but with Flowlu, I can easily perform such things in one place and at the same time! My team is using Flowlu as well, so we’re communicating through chats or even in comments. I was really surprised that there are comment sections in each project, it made our interaction more efficient because we can discuss all details on the spot. The second thing is that Flowlu is cloud-based, so I can use it even on my phone with a mobile app. All my data, projects and tasks are still with me whenever I am at that moment. I’m so happy not to be worried about losing my data or communication with the team when I’m on a business trip, which means a lot for me. Cons There was an issue with loading speed, but it was quickly fixed and I have no bad experience with Flowlu beyond that. There is no missing features but an e-signature. And the support chat is responding too slow, but it's a common problem when it comes to cloud-based software. Support team sometimes is not responding, but you can request a response on the Flowlu FB community. Sometimes it takes too much time for the support team to answer. It was hard to get used to the mobile app, but I guess it’s just my thing :)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Handy tool to run retrospective. Support with various retro template - Excellent set of questions for team health check activity. - Promptly support/ response from the support team - A lot of templates for different retrospectives - Includes a tool for team health check - Gives a nice summary at the end - You can schedule recurring retros - Nice clean and structured UI. Don't need to create stickies on top of stickies as in other tools. You can decide for every new retrospective and health check that you will start in TeamRetro, whether you want it to be anonymous or not. Doing this occasionally has proven to be very insightful. Ease of use and to identify actionable follow-up points Choice of formats and the ability to create your own format if required Ensure participation and engagement from all team members Ability to get a sense of team moral and areas for improvement to monitor and build an actionable plan for improvement with management teams Ease to manage teams and keep a tempo of continuity and the next retro you may need to keep evolving and engaging the teams Good feedback about variety from the teams - It is a product that every detail is considered. - Simple usage - Good Design - Different flows for different needs - Highly customizable - Real time features Cons I wish for a more flexible option to switch between team-based and participant-based payment plans. As a small organization with fewer than 100 employees, we want to organize multiple teams, but we don't typically have more than 25 participants per team. - Ordering in presentation view could include ordering by topic + person. This way each person could introduce what they added for a specific topic and the move on to another person. Otherwise it's jumping between people or topics. - The price is a bit steep The way we use it , we do not have any cons so far. Keep up the good work TeamRetro! It is pricey but well balanced of being able to easily manage and keep an individual plan for each team according to their needs. This has helped continuous engagement. If it supports localization for different languages can be better.
