	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to deploy and start infrastructure and application discovery. Agentless discovery. Multi Cloud and On-Premises discovery. Application dependency mapping and mapping between Applications and Business services. Agentless and therefore light touch. Relatively simple setup. Reasonably priced. Good tech support. -Easy to use (simple GUI) -Easy to install -Great time support the product -Quick discovery -Requires less privileges compared with other discovery tools, -Certificates management tool is a very useful feature -No internet access needed -Low cost Cons The GUI looks a bit outdated. NetFlow/SFlow configuration may not be accepted by some companies. Tech support was not 24x7. Our time zone (Australia) meant that tech support was only available outside our working hours. So typically it resulted in next day response for us. -Could require to modify virtualization networking configuration (Netflow solution)
