Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Easy to get setup - Works easily and consistently - Allows you to preview signatures within Exclaimer The product makes it easy to create and manage signatures. -Uses AD or AAD/Entra ID to grab data/info for the signature so you don't need to change every single thing or visit their console just for it. -Once it's setup, it works like a charm Nice visuals, really brightened up our email signatures and got the company aligned to our new branding The visuals of the email signatures are amazing. We have a lot of detail and were able to customise the size to our liking. Cons - Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky - Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365 - Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed) The license removal is only available on an annual basis. -Had some weird bugs (what program doesn't) where it wouldn't format correctly after a reply, but it was resolved by the support team after a few weeks. -Console could use a UI update... Not the easiest UX/UI form an upload point of view Took us a very long time to get it up and running. We have been working on implementing this for around 4 months.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use – The interface is simple and user-friendly. Easy email signature creation – Generating and customizing email signatures is quick and convenient. Many font options – Provides a variety of fonts to choose from. Flexible layouts – Offers different layout options for a more personalized look Very easy and quick to set up; real-time preview makes customization easy; easy to copy or download the finished signature; and clean and very intuitive interface I like that it is very easy to use and the output surpasses the level of effort that I put in it. Meaning the email signature it generated looked like a lot of time went into editing and producing it. I am not a Marketing professional but I was able to follow along. I like that it is very intuitive and the result is visually appealing and very easy to duplicate so other team members will have the same look and feel (with 100% accuracy) on their email signature. Cons Test emails can sometimes have a slight delay. Design customization could be more extensive. Also, more advanced team or branding features would be useful. None - it was very easy to use and implement. Didn't even take a minutes to finish end to end including copying in gmail. I also have Outlook and even if I didn't specify the signature for outlook.It worked seamlessly. Honestly, it makes me curious where else to integrate it because in business email signature says a lot. Not really a con but would be nice if there are more customization.
