The support page is also great and I can always find everything that I am looking for. Even if I lose my tickets, I can get to the URL because of their easy support page. I have had a very positive experience with Eventix. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users without technical knowledge. Creating and managing events is straightforward, and the ticketing process is smooth for both organizers and attendees. I also appreciate the clean design, the useful features for event management, and the responsive customer support. Overall, it has helped me save time and manage events more efficiently. Fast reliable and easy to buy its a good website also easy for older generations to understand how it works good flow, clean design, nice colors, good explanations. overall i had no confusion and things went smoothly Very clear to see all the necessary info. This makes it very easy to make your choice and reservation. This professionalism ensures that you can trust this site. Cons None, the only thing is the ticket pricing which Eventix has no influence in. I did not encounter any major issues while using Eventix. Some advanced customization options could be expanded, but this did not affect my overall experience with the platform. Everything was perfect nothing to complain about . hidden costs. its was a surprise, it would be cool to show everything from the beginning - it would reduce a frustration in the end It would help if on page 1 the remark is added that you can click the 'further' button without committing yourself yet. Excellent Customer Service Easy to set up ticket sales and manage guests. A complete suite to organize events that with seamless integration of various features. Yapsody combines the best of two worlds very well: Price and Functionality. Not only can sell tickets the way that I want them, the pricing is the best on the market. What other companies sell as add-ons or enterprise-only features are standard with Yapsody. This tells me that Yapsody puts their customers first. Many of the features we were looking for, like customized tickets and reserved seating, came at highly marked-up costs. We also couldn't get any recognition as a nonprofit. Selling tickets was easy and checking them in at the event was quick and simple. We have received many comments from our guests that they really enjoyed our events and that the whole process was very professional. This was due in large part to Yapsody. On several occasions, we approached Yapsody's customer support for help in how to accomplish a particular vision using Yapsody. Every time we spoke with someone, we were provided with quick and valuable responses. While we weren't able to do everything we wanted, when something was available, we were given very clear guidance on how to do it. Cons I have none concerns with the website for the moment There's no way to bundle max capacity of ticket tiers. We were limited on being able to have "add-ons" to tickets. We wanted to allow our event-goers to add a donation to their ticket purchase, but this was not directly available. We had to create a workaround with a non-reserved seat that could be added to the shopping cart.
