Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Never had any problems with technical issues, tickets or any other aspects of the service. The support page is also great and I can always find everything that I am looking for. Even if I lose my tickets, I can get to the URL because of their easy support page. I have had a very positive experience with Eventix. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users without technical knowledge. Creating and managing events is straightforward, and the ticketing process is smooth for both organizers and attendees. I also appreciate the clean design, the useful features for event management, and the responsive customer support. Overall, it has helped me save time and manage events more efficiently. Fast reliable and easy to buy its a good website also easy for older generations to understand how it works good flow, clean design, nice colors, good explanations. overall i had no confusion and things went smoothly Very clear to see all the necessary info. This makes it very easy to make your choice and reservation. This professionalism ensures that you can trust this site. Cons None, the only thing is the ticket pricing which Eventix has no influence in. I did not encounter any major issues while using Eventix. Some advanced customization options could be expanded, but this did not affect my overall experience with the platform. Everything was perfect nothing to complain about . hidden costs. its was a surprise, it would be cool to show everything from the beginning - it would reduce a frustration in the end It would help if on page 1 the remark is added that you can click the 'further' button without committing yourself yet.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have nothing but praise to sing for Nutickets. My account manager is very responsive and anything I ask for is executed promptly and efficiently. We vetted about six of the top ticketing platforms and Nutickets stood out far and above the rest. They get us in a way that their competitors do not in our opinion. And the best bonus is that Nutickets has the absolutely nicest people working for them. We have had absolutely no problems with Nutickets. They have lived up to all their promises and the customer service is excellent. The support reaction time is fantastic along with the time it takes to make any corrections or changes. Nutickets have been great to deal with and the system easy to use. Onboarding and transitioning was easy and they are very helpful getting you up and running. Nutickets is competitive with upgrades and has API's with nearly every imaginable API you could want. It is a system that is a great fit for us. I have had nothing but great experiences with Nutickets. Easy to include images, easy to process payments, easy to edit and update. The user interface, for the most part, was very quick to learn. A lot of the features were very intuitive. My favorite thing about Nutickets is their customer service!! If I emailed I knew I would get a response within an hour. We seamlessly integrated Nutickets into our existing tech stack and their staff efficiently assisted us in setting up our event online. We are extremely satisfied with the platform and the exceptional customer support. Cons Some of the powerful features are hidden from the casual user, so it is not always intuitive when a change is needed. Fortunately, we can just Nutickets support know what we need, and they will do the necessary changes. Not really much, I have no issues or complaints! Just had a hard time putting a time slot in without doubling or tripling it on one day. Was an easy fix . For some of the functions there are a lot of steps that can trip me up sometimes. This is a minor irritation and I still rate them highly. There was some weird glitch when updating my events. Customer service told me to hit the refresh button which did make it work. They told me they had scheduled development work to resolve the issue. Never encountered it again. When it comes to event planning, regardless of the tools used, it can be a complex and demanding task. The process involves numerous details and moving parts that require careful attention to ensure the event's success. However, I have found that Nutickets is a valuable platform that can help streamline the event planning process.
