Pros from Real Users Pros Liked the lay out and the sequencing of the pages. It is logical and well laid out. The arrangement makes it unlikely that the user will forget to include something, and corrections are easy to do. I love Eventgroove's event management software. Under my own brand, I am able to host events for multiple event organizers and producers. The event wizard provides a step-by-step guide to gathering the right information to publish an event within minutes! I loved that we could create a paid access to virtually watch the Jazz Concert that we were also doing live. Easy to design online. Great customer support. Finished product is high quality & professional. Our guests are excited to receive these beautiful tickets and they add to building excitement for our events. I enjoy Eventgroove's ease of use and speed of manufacture and delivery. I also enjoy the quality and selection of products. They seem to be curated exactly for what I need! The site has a simple interface and is easy to use and setup your event. Ability to streamline your event as you see fit or envision. Everything that was done through Eventgroove was to perfection! Working on the October event as this is written, received my online ordered tickets via UPS 2 day delivery today as promised! We began using the service with TicketRiver in 2017 for ticketing and advertising our annual wine festival. Designing tickets and wristbands is simple and straight-forward. Setting up online ticket purchasing also is a breeze! I like the fact that I can customize any of the hundreds of choices of tickets available for me to view. It is easily accessible, and very simple to manipulate the tickets. Tickets are always in order and done with professional quality. Our fans are always feeling lime its time to enter a pro fight at our amateur boxing event due to the quality of the tickets from Eventgroove.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, intuitive back-end interface, and no app to download for users (handy since we've had issues with our bank users downloading third-party apps), and great for attendee management and networking. Desktop and mobile optimized with a pricing model that's scalable and flexible depending on options. Great support as well - very responsive from a person (not a bot). The options to create profiles and link them to schedule items is really nice. The app is clean, clear and easy to develop. The feedback from our participants has been consistently positive. The app provides all the key features we need for a successful conference: the full scientific program can be displayed in an organized schedule, unlimited handouts and notes can be uploaded, recordings can be linked easily, and messages can be sent to all attendees. In addition, the platform offers many other useful tools that enhance both the organizer and attendee experience. We also find the pricing fair and the overall value for money very good. The support team deserves special recognition: whenever we had questions or specific requirements, they responded quickly and were always able to help. In several cases, they even provided tailored solutions to meet our needs. - Easy to use interface (back-end and front-end) - many possibilities and use cases - the app looks modern and appealing and has enough options for branding (colours, logos etc) - Support team from LineUPR is friendly, super fast and helpful within the communication and problem solving A few features really stood out for us. The ticketing system made it easy for attendees to book workshops in advance, which helped a ton with managing capacity. We also loved the push notifications! It was a great way to keep everyone informed throughout the day—whether it was telling people where to go for lunch, reminding them to sign up for workshops, or letting them know when to come back from coffee breaks. The app was also a really helpful way for attendees to check out the agenda and learn more about our speakers and sponsors. Cons n/a - all round a smooth experience for a first-time user of the product No real cons, however in app opening of files could be a nice extra touch (currently solved through links) Looking ahead, there are a few enhancements that would make the platform even more powerful. It would be fantastic if speakers and sponsors could manage and update their own content directly. For example, sponsors could maintain their virtual booths themselves by uploading and updating text, videos, and other materials. Another feature high on our wish list would be the ability to schedule messages for automatic delivery at a specific date and time. While messages can currently be prepared in advance, adding a scheduling option would be a significant improvement for event organizers. - maybe smaller steps in upgrading the amount of guests using the app. After 1000 guests there comes directly 2.000 guest. Increasing every 500 would be great. While we loved the notifications feature it was great that we were able to write the notifications ahead of time, but there was no scheduling feature. This meant that I ended up carrying around my laptop during the conference to send each notification on time.
