Pros from Real Users Pros Liked the lay out and the sequencing of the pages. It is logical and well laid out. The arrangement makes it unlikely that the user will forget to include something, and corrections are easy to do. I love Eventgroove's event management software. Under my own brand, I am able to host events for multiple event organizers and producers. The event wizard provides a step-by-step guide to gathering the right information to publish an event within minutes! I loved that we could create a paid access to virtually watch the Jazz Concert that we were also doing live. Easy to design online. Great customer support. Finished product is high quality & professional. Our guests are excited to receive these beautiful tickets and they add to building excitement for our events. I enjoy Eventgroove's ease of use and speed of manufacture and delivery. I also enjoy the quality and selection of products. They seem to be curated exactly for what I need! The site has a simple interface and is easy to use and setup your event. Ability to streamline your event as you see fit or envision. Everything that was done through Eventgroove was to perfection! Working on the October event as this is written, received my online ordered tickets via UPS 2 day delivery today as promised! We began using the service with TicketRiver in 2017 for ticketing and advertising our annual wine festival. Designing tickets and wristbands is simple and straight-forward. Setting up online ticket purchasing also is a breeze! I like the fact that I can customize any of the hundreds of choices of tickets available for me to view. It is easily accessible, and very simple to manipulate the tickets. Tickets are always in order and done with professional quality. Our fans are always feeling lime its time to enter a pro fight at our amateur boxing event due to the quality of the tickets from Eventgroove.		Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.
