Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Basic tracking of leads and jobs, with reports. It tracks jobs and leads. Easy to use, innovative and a great CRM tool. I was able to jump right in and set up my customer data base and start estimating jobs immediately. Cons 1. Forces new “completed by” names if you don’t maintain subscription for ex-employees so you lose your paper trail. 2. Picture (image) feature won’t allow moving images or macro function to name, hide or otherwise edit text. 3. After any edit, the page returns to the top which is a giant hassle regarding #2 above. 4. You have to know code to create paragraphs, page breaks, numbering, etc. 5. Mobile app is AWFUL! Reverts to dashboard no matter what. Can’t go back to previous page especially the schedule. 6. Adding new items to groups is a huge pain. You have to select the group name when creating the line item or you’ve got to do it all over again. 7. Ability to cut and paste phases in and out, requiring computer restart to make it work again. 8. Customer search feature isn’t intuitive at ALL. Won’t find phone numbers or contact names from the search bar. 9. Doesn’t play well with iPhones. When reassigning, completing or adding new tasks, the screen freezes up and you have to force it to “think”. I’ve discovered that flipping the image from vertical to horizontal about 3 times does the trick but it’s a huge hassle. 10. Needs to interface with Outlook! The calendar is as basic as it could possibly be ER is a great framework for an upgraded version but as it is, it’s just good enough not to quit but it’s bad enough that I’d love an alternative that is more intuitive, have better search features, better mobile apps, etc. I know that these issues could be fixed. Why isn’t ER doing anything about them? In the beginning I was hoping for a certain features that wasn't being offered. But they listen to suggestions from their users and implement them as prioritized.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)
