Unlike any of the 5 other providers I have worked with. Cons Very rare occasional delays, usually due to carrier-related issues rather than the platform itself. They are typically resolved quickly with good communication from the team. nothing, everything is amazing, i wouldnt change anything No cons I can think of. I have had a great experience. - Prefer support for automated requests such as new numbers - Better explanation of certain campaign creation sections such as "content samples" No complaints. There are always small features that could be added over time, but overall we are having a very positive experience.
