Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Staff can easily switch shifts, their personal schedules are easy to see. I can easily edit their schedules. Easy to use, quick access for shifts to be picked up, quick reply back from the company with any issues Quickly able to do schedules each month, staff are able to work together to pick up shifts/trade shifts ect, staff are able to work independently and as a team to see what is happening on the schedule each day. We are able to track the overtime, open shifts ect. The app makes it so much easier for all staff to be able to work as a Team. Easy to enter shifts, switch sifts, make templates. Very user friendly for new hires. Clear and easy to view on a computer or a phone. This is the best scheduling program I have used, and I've been in this business for 30 years. The template helps keeping everyone in the spots that they are supposed to be in. I love the way it shows me who could be in OT and what shifts are open. Cons There really isn't much I don't like about it. Maybe being able to see a 2 week pay period at one time would be helpful. I have not experienced one single con for this product. This has nothing to do with Easy shifts but getting all team members to understand the app and the comfort of the app. If there was a way to add a row or additional department after it's "created", but I'm not sure how that would work if there are already people scheduled on that day/week. Otherwise I can't think of anything else I would change. I feel like there are a lot of steps when putting people in on only partial shifts	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very clever system but also easy to use and user friendly. Allowed me to customise in order to be better suited for client communications Once it's set up, very easy to use. LOVE that it synch with my calendar and has the option to add payment - haven't used that yet, but probably will in the future. Session reminder email are excellent too. Easy to use, I love the ease to migrate it into my website and it's built in integration with Zoom. Reminding my clients of upcoming appointments has saved me so much time and $. All the features that SMBs need. Continued developement & support Cons Would be great if recurring clients could use the same zoom call ID as initially set up on their first booking. I just had a few clients who were a bit overwhelmed with a new zoom call link for each booking. The design doesn't seem very aesthetically pleasing for me.. lol! Minor point. Cons: None so far. It does everything we need it to do and more. Wish I could book a class and add clients to it that goes for 6 weeks with automatic reminders for all clients in it. You can do this with individual sessions but not group sessions. Nothing. There is nothing that I don't like about it.
