We have been using iPlum to call and text patients at our clinical research institute for several months now. Not only has this made it easier for us and the patients to communicate, but it has also ensured that each patient’s privacy is fully maintained. Like the texting features. We can setup appointments, reminders, group texting and send broadcast to clients. Gives us both app & web interface for texting. Some of our therapists use it for calling as well, others use its voicemail feature only. We looked around & talked to every solution out there. We choose iPlum because: 1. Best cost in the industry. Similar feature products were atleast twice the cost 2. Good support system. 3. Modern design.
