About
EasyAccessPDF is a browser-based PDF accessibility service for organizations and professionals that need to check and remediate documents. Users can upload digital or scanned PDFs for an accessibility review; the free check reports issues, while optional automated tagging produces a remediated file and verification report for a per-document fee. The service evaluates PDF/UA-related accessibility criteria with veraPDF and supports workflows involving screen-reader tagging and checks relevant to WCAG, Section 508, and European accessibility requirements. Documents can contain up to 200 pages. It is intended for publishers, schools, public-sector teams, businesses, and developers preparing accessible PDFs for websites, readers, and compliance processes. Processing takes place in the EU, and files are deleted within 24 hours.

About
Ordecto is a browser-based PDF accessibility checking and remediation workspace for agencies, accessibility specialists, and in-house document teams. It edits document tags, reading order, headings, lists, tables, figures, links, and form-field labels, and can suggest image descriptions. Users can review issues and download a repaired PDF with a validation report; repairs create a separate copy so the uploaded original stays unchanged. Ordecto checks PDFs against PDF/UA-1 and WCAG 2.2 and identifies findings that may still need human review rather than treating automated checks as a guarantee of accessibility. Checking is available at no charge, with a monthly allowance for repairs. The product serves teams producing, remediating, or reviewing accessible PDFs, including public-sector, education, and publishing workflows.
