Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great WHEN IT WORKED but that was years ago, before they had an app. All instructions how to get rid of it deal with an app. It did not involve an app when we started with it. NOTE, WHEN ASKED HOW OFTEN WE 'USE' IT, WE DON'T, BUT THIS REQUIRED AN ANSWER. Nothing to provide, since I can't get the app to complete the set up process. I have experienced nothing in which I could give a positive review. Cons HATE THE COMPANY--no way to contact them! It hasn't worked in almost 2 years and we can't get it OFF our voicemail system--and it overrides our phone service's voicemail system. We've searched and searched how to cancel but answers refer to an app. We had it BEFORE there was an app. I tried to install this app on my phone (Samsung S22) and it hangs midway through the set up process. I tried multiple times. Given that there is no option to connect with tech support, I am giving this a bad rating.
