Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -It offers a very well-organized and straightforward UI. -You can create shortened links. -All your documents get stored in a secure manner. -You can open documents directly in DocuSend HTML viewer. Provides a safe and efficient means of mailing. Very good print quality. The setup for multiple employees was easy. The Speed of being able to send our log price sheets. i have a list of approximately 80 log suppliers, previously i was doing everything by hand, DocuSend saved me hours of stuffing envelopes, saving thousands of dollars every year. Affordable, convenient and professional. Integrates perfectly with QuickBooks Online. Very easy to use. We are a community association and this is a great time saver when we send out out bill and mailings. Alice answers all of our questions as well as resolves any problems that arise. Cons -Sometimes the website gets crashed suddenly. -Absence of pdf converter. None. Since everything worked as promised there is nothing I can complain about. Having to do the mail merge on Excel to a PDF document. DocuSend should have an option to just send the Excel mailing list without having to go through the mail merge option. UI is a bit clunky, needs to be updated but not difficult. Would like to be able to download a copy of each mailing we sent out but not a big deal.
