	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PI is easy to use, at par with Mixpanel and Google Analytics and also it's not heavy on pockets. Running A/B tests and campaign management has been easier. Percept Insight opened our eyes to many inefficiencies that existed in our product flows. Not only that it helped with understanding which UTM sources were the most effective and basis that allowed us to optimise our use cases. I have not come across any other tool that completes the user journey and re-engagement and such minimal costs. Highly recommended. Cons For me, it's working great. No cons as such just the website can be improved. They can polish the UI a little bit more. Also the haptics and the info titles are a little scruffy. Please look into those.
