About
Jasiyo is a browser-based billing and customer management platform for internet service providers and hotspot operators. It helps providers manage PPPoE, hotspot, and static customers, create service plans, track payments, and administer internet access through compatible MikroTik routers. The platform supports recurring customer subscriptions as well as pay-as-you-go hotspot sessions, with tools for captive portals and voucher management. Payment workflows include documented connections to M-Pesa, Paystack, PayHero, and ioTec, while customer communications can include billing reminders, payment confirmations, and service alerts. Providers can monitor customer activity, bandwidth use, router status, transactions, and revenue from a centralized dashboard. Jasiyo is designed for operators serving fixed and wireless internet customers in Kenya and Uganda, and supports customer imports, multiple locations, and role-based team access.
