Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like is the simplification of creating a bid. I like being able to modify costs and markup to the entire bid on one screen. Even though this can be done, you are not able to print a report with accurate project totals. Insane. Cons The system has a glitch and reaching anyone in the company is literally impossible. I have left multiple messages, sent emails, and texted "the sales rep". Never a response. I'm not certain there are any employees at all. The reports generated do not create totals for the individual phases or totals for an entire project. Documentation nor tech support exists for this issue. An utter disappointment.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is customer orientated. The software features are well-designed and appropriate for my needs. The amount of information you can get from the software and the reports it generates are phenomenal. Cons I would've appreciated a Take-off module. Also, sometimes it's hard to find where the features are.
