Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent support from the team. Whether that be technical support or help with client presentations. The dropdown menus in a variable template is very useful for the end user experience, these are relatively easy to create along with personalised QR codes. Great product, easy to use and the backup service from the Team is outstanding. Very fast to setup client portals. Low cost for a great product. With unlimited sites and users, I can put as many of my clients on the system i want. Cons Additional development per individual client requirement can be costly. A bit confusing using the coding to move fields up and down if used or not. None that I can think of. The software is really good. There is very little I can comment on negatives. The only thing i can think of is it would be good if they could have a library of products.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not much. Papercut is a quality product. Has a great support network. Supports all OS platforms. Has Cloud print Access. Can Scan to email, local servers and Cloud platforms. Can be used with a range of Copier and printer brands. Cons LONG WINDED LOG IN PROCEESS so many steps to go through before i can even designate a department. Not user friendly need IT support to access the server before making any changes. Ridiculous spreadsheets which require further data input . Why isn't it all on one page why don't depts who haven't printed that month show up??? Can't change paper tray settings when the card reader is installed. It worked fine before this was put in (held up for 2 months) so am £1000 down on recharges for 2 months running. Shall i go on? Absolutely hate Papercut. Don't get it. Equitrak was much better. Cant think of any. It can't remember how I like my coffee.
