Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent support from the team. Whether that be technical support or help with client presentations. The dropdown menus in a variable template is very useful for the end user experience, these are relatively easy to create along with personalised QR codes. Great product, easy to use and the backup service from the Team is outstanding. Very fast to setup client portals. Low cost for a great product. With unlimited sites and users, I can put as many of my clients on the system i want. Cons Additional development per individual client requirement can be costly. A bit confusing using the coding to move fields up and down if used or not. None that I can think of. The software is really good. There is very little I can comment on negatives. The only thing i can think of is it would be good if they could have a library of products.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Workflow is realistic, the process & design are really too good. This product is really works very well with offset and flexo in a ease. Especially integration with Insoft and JDF with ESKO will bring the complete tool for any print industry dealing with flexo and offset. Cons It would be great if they have integrated with BI tools for reporting.
