	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Drift does a great job in real-time conversational marketing, enabling businesses to engage with website visitors through live chat, chatbots, and personalized messaging. Drift is easy to set up and implement on business websites. Its pre-programmed bots give a personalized experience to clients, which indirectly helps to boost sales. The chat page can be customized. Drift makes it easier than ever to connect and chat with customers. The interface is easily utilized and the additional features are the cherry on top. Setting up the Drift chatbot was really quick and integrates seamlessly with our HubSpot CRM. When we did have an issue the support team responded quickly with accurate info. - It has 24*7 customer support system to solve all the queries of the user. - it has cross-platform support, so whether you use the chat using mobile tablet or pc, you are going to get the same experience. - Helps in growing sales by directly informing the sales team when a customer wants to make an order. This is done with the helps of chat service. Cons Some users may find Drift's pricing structure complex, and the initial setup might require a bit of extra technical expertise. Had a great experience with Drift. No downside experienced till now. It would be great to see more email tools being offered or a "chat bot" to utilize, but I'm sure these are on the horizon. I would like to see a forms feature added. Though the integration works it would be much neater to have it out of the box here. Especially considering the steep price-point. - Its pricing can be a problem if a small business with limited funds needs a feature which is present only in the upper pricing pack. - Drift throws bugs sometimes, which can annoy the customer. - Initially, user may find it difficult to use this software.
