Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is user friendly and intuitive, it's easy to find your way around. The support team replies quickly whenever we need help, they know how to work with both modern and older systems, which had been very helpful. --Great service. Timely responses from the team when I reach out for requests and new opportunities. --Platform easy to navigate. The user interface of ConnectPointz is simple to navigate and understand. --Integration capability. The supporting team can integrate with the retailers I need and have a lot of experience integrating with current and legacy ERPs used by my clients. --Pricing. Pricing is very competitive and usually cheaper than other, more well known integration products and services. Easy to use, self explanatory, very functional, provides instant feedback, layout is very easy to use. Easy to use, really good support from the employees, you get the information really fast, it’s a friendly platform. Cons We would like more supported retailers and merge all systems in one interface. --Keep updating and expanding your list of retailers, ERPs, carriers, 3PLs that you support. --Continue to improve the ConnectPointz experience for users. This includes combining all the aspects of retail management, 3PL and Carrier support into a single visual for clients. There should be more other functions for EDI transmittal. I got confused the first time I used it but after having a support zoom with en employee i understood it!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
